Returns

Hello! As you know, due to COVID-19, carriers this year have been mega overwhelmed as well as many small businesses, including our own.

We'd appreciate it so, so much if you could show your support and request a store credit refund, if you're able. We promise to continue working hard to offer you awesome and unique products to spend those credits on.

If you'd prefer a refund, please do send us an email at dignitydeck@gmail.com with a description of your issue and we'll happily do our part to make your experience even better.

By returning a product by mail, you are agreeing to our Return Policy in Terms and Conditions. Do make sure your package is in the same or similar package and is still inside its plastic shrink-wrap. Otherwise, you may be subject to a recovery fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
